Western blot analysis of virus-mediated expression of Renilla luciferase-GFP fusion protein and $\beta$-galactosidase. MTH52c cells infected with GLV-1h68 at MOIs of 0.1 (a) and 1.0 (b) were used for protein isolation at 1, 12, 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours post infection (hpi). The time-dependent expression of Renilla luciferase-GFP fusion protein (Ruc-GFP), $\beta$-galactosidase (LacZ), and beta-actin as a control was analyzed as described in Materials and Methods.
