The effect of overexpression of GPC3 with/without oligosaccharides on thyroid cancer cell lines. Western blot analysis of GPC3 was performed using cellular proteins derived from HepG2 cells, Hep3B cells, parental TAD2 cells, mutant GPC3-transfected TAD2 cells, and wild type GPC3-transfected TAD2 cells. (b) Microscopic observation of parental TAD2 cells, wild type GPC3-transfected TAD2 cells, and mutant GPC3-transfected TAD2 cells.
