In vivo 131I therapy of ARO tumors mice bearing tumors derived from transduced ARO cells were intraperitoneally injected with 55.5 MBq (1.5 mCi) of 131I or same volume of saline. Tumor growth was recorded twice a week. The group treated with 131I () showed efficient inhibition of tumor growth while the group treated with saline () showed rapid growth of tumors.
