Blocking MMP activity inhibits LPA-induced junction loss. (a) OVCA429 cells were treated with LPA (30 μM) for 24 hours in the presence and absence of the broad-spectrum MMP inhibitor GM6001 (25 μM) as indicated and processed for E-cadherin immunofluorescence (green).
