Effects of NNMT siRNA on MMP-2 expression in ccRCC cells. (a) Expression levels of MMP-2 and NNMT in ccRCC cell lines. Q-PCR was performed to determine MMP-2 and NNMT expression in ccRCC cell lines, 796P, 786O, Caki-2, and Caki-1. GAPDH was used as an internal control.
