Phage ELISA results of scFv C5-I and scFv C5-II against peptides I (a) and II (b). The both antibodies bound to the corresponding peptides significantly higher than the wells with no peptide (* value <0.05). No reactivity was detected for unrelated peptide with the scFvs and M13KO7 helper phage with the peptides.
