The association between IRS-4/IRS-1 and the above-mentioned biochemical parameters in CRC was analysed by Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r). ∆ = difference between the protein expression in matched adjacent normal colonic tissue (n=20) and in CRC tissue (n=20).
