Dovitinib Triggers Apoptosis and Autophagic Cell Death by Targeting SHP-1/<i>p</i>-STAT3 Signaling in Human Breast Cancers

<div>Overexpression of STAT3 rescued breast cancer cells from apoptosis. MDA-MB-468 cells (wild type or STAT3) were treated with dovitinib (10 <i>μ</i>mole/L) for 24 h. Apoptotic cells (sub-G1) were analyzed by flow cytometry.
