Lung cancer cell-derived exosomes promoted HUVECs proliferation and tube formation and inhibited their apoptosis. (a) CD34 expression in human lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. (b, c) After 48 h treatment with cell culture supernatant exosomes from different lung cancer cells, the proliferation of HUVECs was detected by the EdU assay.
