Lung cancer cell-derived exosomes promoted HUVECs proliferation and tube formation and inhibited their apoptosis. (a) CD34 expression in human lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. (b, c) After 48 h treatment with cell culture supernatant exosomes from different lung cancer cells, the proliferation of HUVECs was detected by the EdU assay. HUVECs without exosome treatment were used as control group. (d, e) Apoptosis in HUVECs was detected by FCM. (f, g) Apoptosis in HUVECs was detected by the TUNEL assay.
