Clinicopathological information for BR300 tissue microarray categorised according to compartmental CTSS scores. CTSS scores of 0 and 1 behaved similarly in terms of survival, as were patients with CTSS scores of 2 and 3. Patients were therefore stratified based on low CTSS (score of 0 and 1) or high CTSS (score of 2 and 3) expression. Differences between clinical information was evaluated based on high and low CTSS scores in either the epithelial and stromal compartments. Statistical significance determined by Chi-Square test.
