EV concentrations in cancer patients and healthy volunteers. Peripheral blood EV concentrations from healthy subjects and tumour patients (overall, lung, breast, colon, and other tumors) were obtained and analysed. Differences of total EVs (a), CD31+ (b), and CD326−CD133 + EVs (c) between patients and healthy controls (HC) were calculated and reported as box plots.
