Patient-derived melanoma cell lines are positive for melanoma markers and exhibit different mutation signatures. Melanoma identity of parental BAK, BUL, and STU cells was confirmed by immunofluorescence analysis with antibodies against melanocyte markers MART-1 and S-100β. Normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK) are included as a negative control. DAPI stain is used to identify nuclei. (Original magnification 20x).
