Effects of RAGE-aptamer or RAGE, VEGF, and MCP-1 mRNA levels in CML-exposed G361 melanoma cells. G361 cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of CML in the presence or absence of the indicated concentrations of RAGE-aptamer for 4 hours (a–c) or 24 hours (d–i).
