EF24 Suppresses Cholangiocellular Carcinoma Progression, Inhibits STAT3 Phosphorylation, and Induces Apoptosis via ROS-Mediated Oxidative Stress

EF24 treatment inhibits growth and clonogenic potential of cholangiocarcinoma cells. (a) Treatment of SNU478 and HuCC-T1 cells with EF24 resulted in significantly reduced net cell growth as assessed by cell viability (MTS) assays, in a dose- and time-dependent manner. EF24 significantly reduced the number as well as average size of colonies formed in replating efficiency assays.
