GATA1 confers gemcitabine resistance of PDAC through Bcl-XL in vivo. (a) Volume of xenografts tumors derived from PANC-1 cells infected with the indicated lentivirus and treated with gemcitabine or control. The tumors were measured by vernier caliper every 3 days and the tumor growth curves were plotted. Tumor volumes were presented as means ± SD (n = 6).
