CEP131 Abrogates CHK1 Inhibitor-Induced Replication Defects and Is Associated with Unfavorable Outcome in Neuroblastoma

<div>CEP131 is correlated with unfavorable prognosis of neuroblastoma and is negatively regulated by MDM2. (a) Kaplan–Meier survival curves of a cohort of 88 neuroblastoma patients stratified by high or low CEP131 mRNA expression. (b) Protein stability assays: NB-39-nu cells were transfected with MDM2 siRNA or negative control siRNA.
