Western blot analysis confirmed that transfection with the recombinant AFP lentivirus increased the AFP expression in the subcutaneous hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts inoculated in BALB/c nude male mice. Compared to the control group (xenografts transfected with negative control lentivirus), overexpression of AFP increased the protein expression of PD-L1, B7-H4, and P65.
