circABCB10 Promotes Malignant Progression of Gastric Cancer Cells by Preventing the Degradation of MYC

<div>The expression of circABCB10 was upregulated in gastric cancer tissues and correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients. (a) The expression level of circABCB10 in tumor tissues and paracancerous tissues of patients with gastric cancer was detected by qPCR. (b) qRT-PCR results showed that circABCB10 was upregulated in gastric cancer cell lines. (c) circABCB10 is upregulated in patients with gastric cancer metastasis than nonmetastasis patients.
