(b) Luciferase assays showed a decrease in relative luciferase activity in 293T cells cotransfected with miR-139-5p and MNT. Mutated 3′-UTR MNT plasmid was used as the control. (c) The protein levels of MNT in NB4 cells transfected with or without miR-139-5p or combined with MNT were evaluated by western blot analysis. (d) The protein levels of MNT in APL patients of leukocytosis and nonleukocytosis groups were evaluated by western blot analysis. Three independent experiments were performed. .
