Heat Killed Salmonella typhimurium Protects Intestine Against Radiation Injury Through Wnt Signaling Pathway

NF-κB signaling in liver and spleen was activated by HKST treatment. Mice untreated or treated with HKST were sacrificed, and the liver and spleen were collected. The activation of NF-κB nuclear translocation in liver (a) and spleen (b) was detected by immunofluorescence staining of phosphorylated P65 (P-P65).
