Alloimperatorin induced apoptosis in HeLa cells. (a) Alloimperatorin treated cells for 48 hours, stained with a JC-10 fluorescent probe. The number of green fluorescent cells was determined using a high content analysis system (Perkin Elmer). (b, c) HeLa cells were treated with alloimperatorin for 48 hours, double-stained with annexin V-FITC/PI, and apoptosis detected by flow cytometry. Data expressed as the mean ± SD of independent experiments, n = 3. Statistical analysis was performed using a one-way ANOVA test.  < 0.01 compared to control.
