Alloimperatorin induces the expression of the apoptotic protein in HeLa cells. (a–e) Western blot was used to analyze alloimperatorin processed HeLa cells to detect the expression of Bcl-2, BAX, caspase3, 8, 9, procaspase3, 8, 9, PARP, and cy-tc. (f) Data are mean ± SD deviation from three independent experiments and are presented as fold change compared with control ( < 0.001 and  < 0.0001 compared to control). (g) Fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect alloimperatorin-treated HeLa cells. The expression of caspase3, 8, 9, Bax, and bcl-2 mRNA in cells is shown.
