circITGA7 upregulates the expression level of P21^CIP1 via miR‐370‐3p. (a) The binding sites of miR‐370‐3p in 3ʹ UTR of P21^CIP1 were predicted by bioinformatics analysis. (b) Luciferase reporter assays were performed following the cotransfection of the cells with WT-P21^CIP1 or Mut-P21^CIP1 and miR‐370‐3p mimic or NC mimic. The mRNA (c) and protein levels (d, e) of P21^CIP1 were examined after the cotransfection of circITGA7 overexpression plasmid and miR-370-3p mimic.
