circITGA7 Acts as a miR-370-3p Sponge to Suppress the Proliferation of Prostate Cancer

<div>Transfection of miR-370-3p mimic reverses the inhibitory effect of circITGA7 on cell proliferation. (a) The cell growth rate was detected by CCK-8 assay after the cotransfection with circITGA7 overexpression plasmid and miR-370-3p mimic. (b) Cell cycle distributions were presented by flow cytometry analysis. Data were presented as mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
