Nrf3 Promotes 5-FU Resistance in Colorectal Cancer Cells via the NF-κB/BCL-2 Signaling Pathway In Vitro and In Vivo

Nrf3 is involved in the cell cycle. HT29, HT29/Nrf3, SW620, and SW620/shNrf3 were treated with different concentrations of 5-FU for 24 h. The cell cycle was determined by flow cytometry.
