sh-PDZK1 inhibit the proliferation, migration, and promote apoptosis of HCC. (a, b, c, d) Western blot and RT-qPCR analysis showed that PDZK1 shRNAs strongly inhibited the expression of PDZK1, and the expression level decreased significantly. (e, f, g, h) CCK8, wound healing, and transwell assay showed that sh-PDZK1 induced the inhibition of cell proliferation, invasion, and migration. (i, j) Flow cytometry results revealed that sh-PDZK1 induced cell apoptosis. Data represent mean ± SD. compare with negative control.
