Bioinformatics analysis of F11R in pancreatic cancer. (a) Bioinformatics analysis showed that the expression of F11R in pancreatic cancer was higher than that of normal tissue () using GEPIA from the TCGA database. (b) According to the degree of malignancy, we classified the 174 cases of pancreatic tumors into three grades (grade 1, grade 2, and grade 3). The expression of F11R in pancreatic cancer tissue was significant correlation with tumor grade.
