Number of positive nodes was determined by the surgical pathology and is the posttreatment pathological nodal stage for those that received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. This patient was staged as IIIB and received neoadjuvant therapy, which indicates the cancer was inflammatory or may have spread to the internal mammary node.
