Circ_0110940 Exerts an Antiapoptotic and Pro-Proliferative Effect in Gastric Cancer Cells via the miR-1178-3p/SLC38A6 Axis

<div>MiR-1178-3p negatively regulates SLC38A6 expression. (a) Binding site of miR-1178-3p on position 27–34 of SLC38A6 3′UTR was obtained from TargetScan. (b) Relative luciferase activity of pmirGLO-SLC38A6 3′UTR in MKN45 and AGS cells that overexpressed miR-1178-3p.
