Meloxicam Inhibits Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression and Enhances the Sensitivity of Immunotherapy via the MicroRNA-200/PD-L1 Pathway

Treatment of HCC cell lines with meloxicam could cause significant inhibitory effects on it. (a) The scratch test confirmed that meloxicam inhibited the invasion and metastasis ability of HCC cell lines. (b) After treatment with meloxicam, the migration and invasion of HCC cells were also inhibited. (c–e) The plate cloning experiment, the CCK8 experiment, and the EDU experiment confirmed that after treatment with meloxicam, the proliferation of HCC was effectively inhibited. ; ; ; .
