Treatment of paeoniflorin significantly increased NEDD4L expression in glioma cell lines U251 and U87. (a)-(b) U251 cells were treated with PF at indicated concentration for 24 hours, after which mRNA and protein levels of SYVN1, NEDD4L, CBL, and SOCS5 were determined by qPCR (a) and western blot (b).
