MiR-223 Promotes Tumor Progression via Targeting RhoB in Gastric Cancer

MiR-223 expression was increased in GC tissue and associated with poor prognosis of GC patients. (a) MiR-223 expression was increased in GC tissues (n = 52) compared to adjacent normal tissues (n = 52) detected by qRT-PCR. (b) The expression levels of miR-223 were detected by qRT-PCR in different GC cell lines, including MGC803, BGC823, SGC7901, AGS, and MKN45. GAPDH acts as an internal control.
