MicroRNA-323a-3p Negatively Regulates NEK6 in Colon Adenocarcinoma Cells

<div>NEK6 was upregulated in COAD tissues and cell lines. (a) The NEK6 mRNA level in normal and tumor tissues from the GTEx and TCGA databases was analyzed using GEPIA2 and StarBase, respectively. (b) NEK6 mRNA level in COAD cell lines and normal colon epithelial cell lines were detected using RT-PCR.
