Overexpression of Laminin 5<i>γ</i>2 Chain Correlates with Tumor Cell Proliferation, Invasion, and Poor Prognosis in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

<div>LAMC2 promoted the proliferation and cell cycle of LSCC cells. (a) LAMC2 increased AMC-HN-8 and TU177 cell viability. CCK8 assay was performed to detect the effect of LAMC2 overexpression and knockdown on LSCC cell viability. (b) LAMC2 facilitated the colony formation of AMC-HN-8 and TU177 cells. Colony formation assay was performed to detect the effect of LAMC2 overexpression and knockdown on LSCC cell proliferation. (c) LAMC2 reduced G0/G1 phase in AMC-HN-8 and TU177 cells. Flow cytometry was performed to detect the effect of LAMC2 overexpression and knockdown on LSCC cell cycle. Data were expressed as mean ± SD, <i>n</i> = 3.
