Overexpression of Laminin 5<i>γ</i>2 Chain Correlates with Tumor Cell Proliferation, Invasion, and Poor Prognosis in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

<div>LAMC2 promoted the EMT in LSCC cells. (a) Overexpression of LAMC2 promoted the expression of N-cadherin and vimentin proteins in TU177 cells and inhibited the expression of E-cadherin protein. Western blot was performed to detect the effect of LAMC2 overexpression on the EMT in LSCC cells. (b) LAMC2 knockdown inhibited N-cadherin and vimentin protein expression and promoted E-cadherin protein expression in AMC-HN-8 cells.
