JPHYD Inhibits miR-21-5p/Smad7-Mediated Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

<div>JPHYD inhibited the expression of N-cadherin, Vimentin, Snail, Smad3, and Zeb1 and increased the expression of E-cadherin and Smad7 proteins in MHCC97H and HepG2 cells. (a) Different concentrations of JPHYD were interfered with liver cancer cells for 24 hours, and the expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, Vimentin, and Snail proteins and (b) Smad7, Smad3, and Zeb1 proteins measured via Western blot analysis.
