Systematic Pan-Cancer Analysis Identifies CDK1 as an Immunological and Prognostic Biomarker

We used the GEPIA2 tool to perform (a) overall survival analysis and (b) disease-free survival analysis of different tumors in TCGA by CDK1 gene expression. The survival map and Kaplan-Meier curves with positive results are shown.
