Interfering with GALNT14 expression promotes the apoptotic effect of cisplatin and doxorubicin on osteosarcoma cell lines. MG-63 and U-2 OS cells were treated with Cis (20 μmol/L) or Dox (0.2 μg/mL) for 24 h. Then, apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry. Cis, cisplatin; Dox, doxorubicin.
