The activities of IL6, PAI1, and CXCL1 stimulate T24 migration. (a) Recombinant IL6 was added to serum-free media placed in the bottom of a Transwell chamber. Neutralizing antibody (Ab) against IL6 was added to block the activity. (b) Recombinant PAI1 was added to serum-free media placed in the bottom of a Transwell chamber. Neutralizing Ab against PAI1 was added to block the activity of PAI1. (c) Recombinant CXCL1 was added to serum-free media placed in the bottom of a Transwell chamber. Neutralizing Ab against CXCL1 was added to neutralize the CXCL1 activity. To each treatment, serum-free media (SFM) was used as a control. Migrated cells were stained and counted. is statistically significant.
