Morphological changes of HLEB3 cells. Serum starved HLEB3 cells were transfected with human Snail siRNA (P2) and negative control siRNA (P5) before the cells were stimulated with TGFβ2. The morphology of the cells was observed under inverted microscope. (a) TGFβ2-induced cells became spindly shaped.
