Effects of Lutein and Zeaxanthin on LPS-Induced Secretion of IL-8 by Uveal Melanocytes and Relevant Signal Pathways

<div>Lutein and zeaxanthinon constitutive secretion of IL-8 by uveal melanocytes. Cells were plated into 24-well plates and treated with lutein or zeaxanthin at different levels.
