The Polymorphisms with Cataract Susceptibility Impair the EPHA2 Receptor Stability and Its Cytoprotective Function

(a) The EPHA2 mRNA transcriptional level was measured with real-time PCR after HLECs were overexpressed with wild-type or mutant EPHA2 for 48 h. (b) The EPHA2 protein expression was tested with western blotting after the lentivirus-mediated overexpression in HLECs.
