Reduced Expression of VAMP8 in Lacrimal Gland Affected by Chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease

<div>Time course of changes in VAMP8 gene expressions in the lacrimal gland of murine model of cGVHD. The organ was collected from the mice which underwent allogeneic or syngeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT). The transcript levels of VAMP8 were measured by quantitative real-time PCR 3, 5, and 8 weeks after BMT.
