The morphological examination of retinal sections after injection of melanopsin-SAP immunotoxin in rd mice. (a) Photomicrographs of 8 μm paraffin sections of retina were used for H&E staining. No significant morphological differences were observed between the highest dose group and the control group. Bar = 100 μm.
