The results of the western blot analysis revealed that, VEGF, VEGFR2, and p-AKT protein expression levels were significantly downregulated in the FMOD-siRNA group, while Akt, ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 expression levels did not differ between the two groups: (a) representative blot images; (b) and (c): statistical analysis of western blot data.
