Relative cell survival rate in Müller cells. The cells were treated as described in Figure 1 and then incubated with MTT to determine the relative survival rate. , compared with Group A (0 mmHg additional pressure); and , compared with Group B (60 mmHg additional pressure). Data from one experiment are shown as a representative of three studies performed under the same conditions.
