Expression of PRDX-6 (Tag-2A12) was observed in the cells cultured from (c) the center of the cornea and from (d) its periphery. ZO-1 was expressed in the cells from (e) the center and from (f) the periphery. Ki-67 was expressed in (g) the center and (h) the periphery.
