Inclusion Criteria

1. 8 ≤ Age ≤15 at baseline

2. Best-corrected distance monocular visual acuity (BCVA) ≤0.00 logMAR

3. Spherical refractive error(noncycloplegic subjective refraction) ≥−6.00 D

4. With-the-rule corneal astigmatism(noncycloplegic subjective refraction) ≥1.50 D

5. Corneal flat K value 41.00 D∼46.00 D

6. No orthokeratology fitting contraindication

7. No history of ocular surgery and trauma

8. No history of other contact lens wearing

9. No current systemic or ocular conditions that may affect lens wear

Exclusion Criteria

1. Follow-up irregularly

2. Corneal topography defect 20% or above

3. Change lenses in the follow-up period
