Slight hyperreflectivity appears on the infrared reflectance image in the parafoveal region (white arrow). In the SD-OCT image, pachyveins (enlargement of Haller’s layer) under the retinal pigment epithelium change, and thick choroid (subfoveal choroidal thickness: 495 μm) is seen.
