Demographics are similar between cases and controls except for age in the OAG cases and OAG controls. Age was controlled for in all future multivariable analyses. Other patient characteristics from the lumbar puncture visit are similar between cases and controls. Comparison achieved statistical significance ; for BMI in the OAG group.
